“The Pomegranate family has made every effort to help your family make this Pesach a joyous and meaningful time for your family,” says the guide. “We created an unprecedented Pesach marketplace with the broadest array of products under the highest standards of hashgacha.”

The kosher supermarket is also gearing up for the holiday, which begins Wednesday at sundown, with “flavors of matzoh” displays featuring spelt-free, blueberry, brand and handmade matzoh, as well as recipe demonstrations.

On Monday, Pomegranate’s executive chef, Michael Schultes, will prepare Passover dishes from around the world, including Passover Mustard & Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb with Potato-Matzoh Souffle, Passover Tiramisu and Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass on Avocado Molli and Matzoh tortilla.
