MANHATTAN, Kan. -- The American Institute of Baking here has scheduled its annual bagel seminar and an additional hands-on workshop on bagel production for Aug. 21 to 25 at its facility here.

This year the seminar, featuring lectures on equipment and technology, and the hands-on production lab will require separate enrollments.
