WASHINGTON, N.C. -- Kitchen gadget vendor Bonny Products here has been acquired by Frederick Cooper plc, Worcester, England -- a move that adds bakeware to the Bonny line.

Bonny plans to introduce the new bakeware line at the International Housewares Show, which will be held in Chicago in January 1996.

Cooper purchased Bonny -- whose products are primarily sold at supermarkets and mass merchandisers -- from Apax Partners, a London investment firm.
