bauli logo in a gray background | bauliBauli has introduced mini versions of its Pandoro and Panettone holiday cakes: Mini Pandoro & Mini Panettone. Panettone is the traditional Italian holiday cake. The sweetened bread is loaded with the perfect amount of candied citron, lemon zest and raisins and often paired with hot cocoa or liquor for a sweet Christmas treat, say company officials. The oven-baked ready-to-eat Panettone is made with real butter and is Kosher Certified. Pandoro, or "Golden bread," is a traditional holiday bread from Verona similar to pound cake, but lighter. The name Pandoro is attributed to its golden yellow color, which comes from the egg yolks that are baked in the bread. High-quality butter and very fresh eggs give this traditional cake an unmistakable inviting aroma. The wintertime treat is baked in a star-shape mold and covered in powdered confectionery sugar. The sweet bread is often enjoyed on New Year’s with prosecco or champagne. All Bauli products are oven baked and made with no preservatives, no artificial colors or flavors. The Mini Pandoro and Panettone have a suggested retail price of  $1.99 and will be available in retailers nationwide in November. Bauli is the creator of authentic, Italian confectionary goods associated with shared moments of sweetness and pleasure, joy and tradition. With sales in over 60 countries on 5 continents, the Bauli family business maintains the same dedication to excellence that started almost 80 years ago. The Bauli line spans a wide range of sweet confectionaries and includes Panettone, Pandoro, specialty cakes, croissants, cupcakes and more.
