ST. CLOUD, Minn. — Coborn’s here has purchased a partial interest in JK Foods, a Williston, N.D.-based operator of three stores, local reports said.

ST. CLOUD, Minn. — Coborn’s here has purchased a partial interest in JK Foods, a Williston, N.D.-based operator of three stores, local reports said.

The companies described the arrangement as a partnership whereby Coborn’s would be co-owner of JK Foods, which operates an Economart store in Williston; a Food Pride store in Tioga, N.D.; and a floral shop.

Coborn’s operates 90 stores in the Upper Midwest.
