BURBANK, Calif. -- Buena Vista Home Video here will launch its biggest Valentine's promotion Jan. 10, 1996.

Disney, Jim Henson and Buena Vista Home Video. It includes a $3 mail-in rebate from Disney and Procter & Gamble with the purchase of additional products. The collection includes three brand-new animated Walt Disney Home Video releases: "Aladdin and Jasmine's Moonlight Magic," "Mickey Loves Minnie" and "Disney Sweetheart Stories."

It also features "Winnie the Pooh: Un-Valentine's Day" and "Disney Love Tales" from Walt Disney Home Video; "Muppet Babies: Be My Valentine," from Jim Henson; "Alvin and the Chipmunks: Love Potion No. 9," from Buena Vista Home Video, and "Ariel's Undersea Adventures: Whale of a Tale."

"Winnie the Pooh: Un-Valentine's Day" has a suggested retail of $14.99, while the other seven titles are priced at $12.99.

A $3 mail-in refund will be offered to consumers who purchase any of the videos and three packages of either Bounty, Charmin, Puffs, Pampers or Pampers Trainers from Procter & Gamble. The offer is good from Jan. 9 through March 20, 1996. Jan. 10 is the nationally advertised availability date, or when retailers can begin advertising the promotion.

The rebate will be supported by a national, full-page freestanding insert that will reach over 48 million homes Feb. 11, 1996.
