Dot Foods announced the 18 winners of the company’s 2015 Quality and Service Award. As indicated by the name, the award recognizes Dot’s top-performing manufacturer partners in the areas of quality and service. This year’s list includes some first time recipients, along with several companies that are repeat winners. The manufacturers honored for their excellence in 2015 are:

  • Lawrence Foods – 4th consecutive award

  • Barkman Honey - 2nd consecutive award

  • Basic American Foods

  • Chicken of the Sea Int’l – 2nd consecutive award

  • Dr Pepper Snapple Group – 5th consecutive award

  • Handi-foil of America, Inc. – 3rd consecutive award

  • Idahoan Foods – 2nd consecutive award

  • Kent Precision Foods Group, Inc. – 5th consecutive award

  • Living Essentials – 4th consecutive award

  • Oregon Fruit Products

  • Rotella’s Italian Bakery – 3rd consecutive award

  • Sartori Company

  • Signature Breads

  • Trinidad Benham

  • TW Garner Food Company – 2nd consecutive award

  • Ultra Thin Pizza Shells & Flatbreads

  • Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc. – 4th consecutive award

  • Wolferman’s

 

Dot’s annual Quality and Service Awards program began in 1998 as an avenue to recognize manufacturer partners who provide best-in-class communication, service, and support to Dot. Manufacturers are evaluated each month on criteria which includes inbound service levels, EDI implementation and loading efficiency. 

“At Dot, we believe in shared growth and success,” said Dot Foods President Joe Tracy. “Exceptional customer service has been our expectation for more than 55 years, and it wouldn’t be possible for us to consistently provide that level of customer service without the cooperation we receive from our manufacturer partners. 2015 was one for the record books for Dot; these 18 Quality and Service Award winners had a direct impact on our success. I can’t thank them enough for all they do to help us serve our customers. Congratulations to all the winners.”

Dot’s business development mangers will present the Quality and Service Awards to winners at their respective corporate facilities in the coming weeks.
