The deli seminar is titled "Creative Merchandising Alternatives to Prepared Food," and the bakery seminar is "Merchandising Trends in the In-Store Bakery." Videos filmed during the sessions will be shown at the EDDA Taste Show and Exhibition in October at the Raritan Center in Edison, N.J.
