Felpausch Promotes Drumm, McKillop

Drumm, previously store director at the company's Pennfield location, reports to Bill Feldpausch, vice president of sales and marketing. Drumm has been with Felpausch for 26 years.

In another move, Mort McKillop has been promoted to director of procurement. He will be responsible for grocery, frozen and dairy buying, weekly ads, the Felpausch distribution center, the company's frequent buyer program, and in-store demonstrations of grocery, frozen and dairy products.

McKillop, who's also been with the company for 26 years, also reports to Feldpausch.

Dean Foods Promotes Two

FRANKLIN PARK, Ill. -- Dean Foods here has named Roger A. Ragland group vice president, a new position.

As group vice president, Ragland will continue to supervise the Food Products Group and handle international sales and marketing for all Dean products.

Ragland joined Dean Foods as marketing manager for the Food Products Division in 1975, and was named vice president of the division in 1988. He was named corporate vice president in 1993, while continuing to serve as vice president of the Food Products Division.

Ragland reports to Tom Rose, president.

Maureen Murphy has been promoted to director, sales and marketing, for the Food Products Group, assuming many of Ragland's former responsibilities. Her responsibilities include marketing management for Dean's line of private-label, non-dairy coffee creamers for retail, food service, industrial and international markets.

Murphy was previously national marketing manager for the Food Products Group. She reports to Ragland.

Eagle Snacks Names President

ST. LOUIS -- Anheuser-Busch Cos. here has named David Poldoian as president of its Eagle Snacks subsidiary. He succeeds Kevin Bowler, who will become the owner of an independent Anheuser-Busch beer wholesale dealership.

At Eagle, Poldoian will handle day-to-day operations, as well as strategic and marketing duties. He was previously a vice president and partner at Bain & Co., Boston, a management consulting firm, where he worked with Eagle Snacks as a client for four years.

Poldoian reports to Barry H. Beracha, chairman of Eagle Snacks.

Eagle has an estimated 6% of the supermarket salty snacks business according to industry sources.

Plochman Taps Sales Manager

CHICAGO -- Plochman here has named Thomas W. Williams western regional sales manager, a new position.

Williams has 20 years industry experience, having held positions with Borden, Nabisco, Del Monte and General Foods. His most recent position was as a regional manager with Welch Foods, Concord, Mass.

Williams reports to Mark S. Donlon, vice president, sales and marketing.

Plochman is the nation's oldest producer of a wide variety of mustards and is the first company to successfully produce mustard in a squeeze container.
