Just Born Names Executive VP

G. Jungmann has joined Just Born here as executive vice president of operations.

In the new position, Jungmann assumes responsibility for the company's engineering, quality assurance and purchasing departments. Prior to joining Just Born, he was a director with Nabisco Food Group/Planters Lifesavers Co.

Just Born also named James A. Falk to the new position of Southeastern regional sales manager. He will direct sales efforts in the 12-state Southeastern region, based in Chattanooga, Tenn.

Before joining Just Born, Falk was international business manager for export sales to Canada at Brach & Brock Confections.

Concord Names Sales Manager

CONCORD, Ontario -- Concord Confections here has named Phil Kalbaugh national sales manager. He had been Western regional sales manager.

Reporting to Bob Prince, national director of sales, Kalbaugh is responsible for bulk and bulk vending products. He succeeds Rose Schiller, who retired from the company's Chicago office after six years. Schiller remains with Concord on a consulting basis.

Sales Manager Joins Spangler

BRYAN, Ohio -- Spangler Candy Co. here has appointed John Di Carlo East Central regional sales manager.

Di Carlo is responsible for planning, implementation, follow-up and supervision of Spangler's East Central regional brokers. He reports to Don Rowland, vice president of sales. He succeeds Denny Gunter, who was named key accounts manager.

Before joining Spangler, Di Carlo was regional manager for Kraft Foods' Tombstone pizza division.
