KAL KAN INTRODUCES WHISKAS, PEDIGREE CAT AND DOG SNACKS

VERNON, Calif. -- Kal Kan Foods here has introduced several new pet snacks under its Whiskas and Pedigree brand names.

Kal Kan has introduced three new items for dogs under the Pedigree label. Dentabone bones offer up to 20% of daily nutritional needs while promoting a full range of chewing action to help reduce tartar and plaque buildup. They are available in medium and large sizes in packs of two and five.

Pedigree Snackos treats are air-dried meaty strips of beef filled with protein to encourage strong muscle tone. Pedigree Tandem treats combine beef and chicken flavors in a bite-sized, tender, two-piece treat for dogs. Tandem is packaged in a 3.5-ounce resealable pouch.
