MODEX Conference Highlights Keynotes from Cisco, Peter Diamandis and Kevin O’Leary

Organizers for the MODEX Manufacturing and Supply Chain Expo, which will be held April 4-7 at Atlanta's Georgia World Congress Center, say they expect over 850 exhibits from solution providers at the 2016 show. The conference will also feature over 100 sessions focusing on best-in-class solutions for manufacturing and supply chain operations.
The MODEX Conference will include four keynotes and a Supply Chain Education Summit with sessions from leading industry associations and educational institutions plus a track on the New Generation Supply Chain Workforce. The Conference also features over 100 show floor educational seminars covering leading trends, best practices, and state-of-the-art equipment and technology solutions that can make manufacturing and the entire supply chain work more efficiently and profitably. Supply Chain & Transportation USA sponsored by Reed Expositions, will once again collocated with MODEX.
"MHI has expanded the educational and networking offerings at MODEX to provide attendees with a better overall show experience and to connect them with the tools they need to address manufacturing and supply chain challenges," says George Prest, CEO of MHI. Attendees can expect keynotes from the following industry leaders:
Peter Diamandis, chairman and CEO of X PRIZE Foundation, will present How to Create a Culture of Innovation Within Your Company on April 4.
Jack Allen, senior director, Logistics & Manufacturing Solutions of Supply Chain Operations at Cisco will present The Connected Supply Chain on April 5.
George W. Prest, CEO of MHI and Scott Sopher, principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP will present a Preview of MHI 2016 Annual Industry Report on April 6.
Kevin O’Leary, entrepreneur, investor and Shark Tank’s Mr. Wonderful, will present Lessons from a Dragon on April 6.
The MHI Industry Night Celebration with the Blues Brothers will take place on April 6. Tickets to this event are $50 and include beer, wine and hors d'oeuvres. A portion of ticket sales will be donated to the Material Handling Education Foundation, Inc. (MHEFI).
