Revlon Readies 'Raisin Rage'

color collection for fall is "Raisin Rage," a makeup collection for deep, dark lips and fingertips. It will be available to retailers in August.

The line has suggested retail prices of $3.25 to $8.95, including lipstick at $6.95; blush, $8.95, and eyeliner, $5.75. Also part of the collection is Ciara Femme Fatale Fragrance, which has a suggested retail of $15.

Revlon here has also introduced Rev Up, a conditioning color enhancer that washes out in six to eight shampoos. Rev Up is said to create bright, rich tones and glossy highlights. It comes in 12 shades, including Wild Fire, Chocolate and Bronze Glow. Each 1.7-ounce container has a suggested retail of $4.99.

Norstar Marketing Cortadan-3

NORTHVALE, N.J. -- Norstar Consumer Products here, maker of CortaGel, has introduced Cortadan-3, a 1% hydrocortisone liquid in a portable applicator with a flow-through tip.

The product was developed in response to demand from active individuals for an easy-to-carry and easy-to-use product that provides relief from rashes, insect bites and other minor skin irritations, according to the company. The applicator is about the size of a lipstick. Cortadan-3 is now available in a 0.25-fluid ounce package that sells at a suggested retail price of $3.39.

Bayer Adds Alka-Seltzer Caplets

PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- Bayer's Consumer Care division here has introduced Alka-Seltzer Caplets. Each caplet contains 500 milligrams of acetaminophen and 380 milligrams of calcium carbonate. The new line is available in a 24-count blister pack and a 50-count recyclable bottle in a carton. Also, Alka-Mints, Bayer's chewable antacid tablets, are now offered in cherry and tropical flavors, as well as traditional spearmint. Each antacid tablet contains 850 milligrams of calcium carbonate. In addition to the two new flavors, Alka-Mints feature contemporary new packaging that touts the taste advantages and calcium content. They are available in 75-count and 150-count packages

Victoria Vogue to Offer Swabs

BETHLEHEM, Pa. -- Victoria Vogue here has launched a line of cotton swabs called Safety Tips for Babies.

The new line will be available in stores in September. The suggested retail price will be $2.99 for the 72-count package and $1.99 for the 48-count package.

Victoria Vogue is also aggressively expanding its personal care products line, including SportzBloc, the first flesh-toned zinc oxide available in three skin tones.
