Attendees of this year’s IDDBA show will find the best of the Dairy-Deli-Bakery grocery segments together under one roof.
Grocers looking to freshen up store perimeters can find inspiration in Atlanta during this year’s annual International Dairy-Deli-Bake Association Seminar & Expo, taking place from June 7-9.
“This year’s Dairy-Deli-Bake Seminar & Expo will have the same exciting atmosphere that brings buyers and sellers together that it has had for many years,” says Michael Eardley, president and CEO of the Madison, Wis.-based organization.
When show goers are not busy walking the sold out expo floor, they can enjoy education and entertainment from the many promising planned speakers. Highlights include a talk on staying relevant from industry legend Martha Stewart; a session on social media intel from Arianna Huffington; a briefing on the latest in food safety from IDDBA’s Eardley; and even a 45-minute standup gig from comedian Jay Leno.
Also not to be missed is this year’s Cake Decorating Challenge. “I never think that our Cake Decorating Challenge can get stronger, but wait until you see this year’s entrants—they are truly artists,” Eardley adds.
