Creepy Coolers will be supported by in-store merchandising that includes a $5 rebate on selected 20th Century Fox Halloween videos at Suncoast Motion Picture stores.
For Christmas, National is reintroducing 2- and 3-liter bottles of St. Nick's soda in cola, ginger ale and cranberry flavors under the Shasta and Faygo brand families. As it did last year, National will donate a portion of the sales of each St. Nick's product to various children's charities. St. Nick's will be supported by newspaper advertising, billboards and TV in selected markets.
This summer, National is introducing the Shasta Big Blasta -- a 1-liter, wide-mouth single-serve polyethylene terephthalate bottle available in 10 flavors, including black cherry, raspberry creme, kiwi strawberry, Moon Mist and Twist.
National has also redesigned the entire 200-stockkeeping unit Shasta brand. The new look will begin rolling out eastward from the West Coast in August.
