Super muffins from Bake'n Joy

Superfruit & Nut and Hearty Oat Apple Raisin Nut are the latest varieties to come out of Bake’n Joy’s bakery. Made with 100% whole grains, the PanFree 4.25-ounce muffins are the in-store bakery’s answer to consumers demand for healthier options, say officials for the North Andover, Mass.-based company. The Superfruit & Nut muffin has a blend of fruits with antioxidants (blueberries, cranberries and raspberries), 28-grams of whole grains, almonds and ground flaxseed (omega-3). The Hearty Oat Apple Raisin Nut muffin features a blend of steel cut and rolled oats, 32-grams of whole grains and apples, raisins and walnuts. The muffins are part of Bake’n Joy’s PanFree line that offers the convenience of freezer-to-oven-to-merchandising rack.
