Daiya Foods, creator of dairy, gluten and soy free foods, announces the addition of new Dairy-Free Dressings and Meatless Pepperoni Style Pizza to its expanding line up of plant-based offerings.
“Consumers are increasingly mindful of their dietary habits and the environment, and the demand for plant-based foods that taste great is on the rise,” says Michael Lynch, Daiya vice president of marketing. “As a leading purveyor of plant-based products, Daiya is committed to developing amazingly delicious, better-for-you versions of the everyday foods that people love to eat. Our newest dairy, gluten and soy-free foods include creamy dressings and our signature, best-selling pizza made with meatless pepperoni—both tasty choices that will satisfy any cravings, whether you’re dairy-intolerant, allergic, vegan, or simply living a healthier lifestyle.”
Daiya’s new offerings include, as described by company officials:
· Dairy-Free Dressings (SRP: $4.99)—Enjoy the rich and creamy deliciousness of dressing without dairy, gluten, soy and eggs. These new dressings feature the goodness of plant-based ingredients and are tasty drizzled over your favorite salad or served as a dipping sauce for a refreshing crudité. Packaged in a recyclable glass bottle, and available in three gourmet flavors, including Dairy-Free Creamy Caesar, Dairy-Free Homestyle Ranch, and Dairy-Free Blue Cheeze.
· Meatless Pepperoni Style Pizza (SRP: $9.99)—Crafted with melty cheeze, plant-based pepperoni (a secret recipe made in-house by Daiya’s talented R&D team), and zesty sauce atop our newly improved artisan gluten-free crust, Daiya’s new Meatless Pepperoni Style Pizza is irresistible, any way you slice it! Made with 100 percent plant-based ingredients, this dairy, gluten and soy-free pizza is a pie lover’s dream come true.
