EVOL Adds Lasagnas and Enchiladas to Frozen Food Lineup

EVOL Foods, Boulder-based maker of frozen entrees, burritos and breakfast items, has added products to its growing offering of convenient and clean frozen food: EVOL Lasagnas and Enchiladas, which are made with simple and recognizable ingredients.

Our new Lasagnas and Enchiladas are a natural evolution of that innovation.”

At 430 calories each, EVOL's Lasagnas are packed with clean ingredients and come in two varieties. Lasagna & Meat Sauce is lasagna layered with an herbed ricotta cheese blend and an insanely tasty garlic and red wine tomato meat sauce topped with mozzarella cheese. Butternut Squash Lasagna is a vegetarian lasagna layered with savory cream sauce, butternut squash, a ricotta cheese blend, spinach, carrots and red bell peppers topped with parmesan & mozzarella cheese.

Both lasagnas have a suggested retail price of  $3.99-4.99.

Perfect for lunch, dinner or even breakfast served with eggs, EVOL’s enchiladas offer authentic Mexican cuisine anytime of day. Both flavors also have the added bonus of being gluten-free. The Chicken Enchiladas are made with corn tortillas stuffed with cheddar cheese, tender chicken, rice, black beans, bell peppers, roasted corn, cilantro and lime juice smothered in a spicy red enchilada sauce. It has 410 calories. The Vegetable Enchiladas are made with corn tortillas stuffed with black beans, rice, zucchini, cheddar cheese, bell peppers and roasted corn smothered in a salsa verde. It has 330 calories.

Both enchiladas have a suggested retail price of  $3.99-4.99.

EVOL’s Lasagnas and Enchiladas will be available at retail in the frozen food aisle in stores nationwide in May 2016.
