Minis are the only vegan, plant-based substitute for traditional spreads and dips. More than 108 million Americas are choosing special diets for healthier ingredients, better nutrition, to avoid food allergens and lifestyle choices. GO Veggie!’s cheese-free cheese Minis are plant-based (made with healthy coconut), vegan/dairy free, only 100 calories, no cholesterol, non-GMO, kosher/pareve and gluten-free, company officials say. “Our vegan cream cheese spreads have been winning awards for taste and texture since we launched the line in 2013. We know snacking is a huge trend and with new GO Veggie! Minis, we’re able to offer our consumers a quick and easy, portable solution for snacking on the go,” says Whitney Velasco-Aznar, vice president of marketing, GO Veggie! “On top of that, GO Veggie! Minis are only 100 calories, portion controlled with rich, creamy flavor and spreadability. Perfect for spreading on bagels, sandwiches and wraps, or dipping with veggies and chips.” Available March 1 for sell-in, GO Veggie! Minis come in two flavors, Classic Plain and Chive & Garlic. The 1.3-ounce serving size has a MSRP of $0.99.
