SuperSeedz premium shelled pumpkin seeds provide consumers with a “Healthy Snack” alternative to traditional snacks without sacrificing on taste. SuperSeedz premium pumpkin seeds come in eight flavors including: Sea Salt, Super Spicy, Somewhat Spicy, Tomato Italiano, Original Curry, Coco Joe, Sugar & Cinnamon and Really Naked. Kathie Pelliccio, a mother of five, chef and entrepreneur created SuperSeedz in the fall of 2003 while experimenting with dry roasted pumpkin seeds as a salad topping. Kathie recognized she created a healthy salad topping and a healthy snack food that could be enjoyed not only by her children, but children and adults everywhere. “We have seen an overwhelming response from retailers and consumers to the quality, superior taste and the health benefits that SuperSeedz delivers. We are extremely excited that SuperSeedz will now be available to consumers on the West Coast,” says Kathie Pelliccio, founder of Kathie’s Kitchen.
