Pamela’s Products unveiled a new look for a product that has been around for 28 years – Pamela’s Baking & Pancake Mix.

While the outside is changing, the inside is not, company officials say. The mix will continue to deliver the same gluten-free pancakes that have been on the market for almost three decades.

Not just for pancakes, this mix can be used to make all types of baked goods – muffins, cakes, crepes, breads, biscotti, doughnuts, pies, and more, officials say. The mix has eight grams of whole grains per serving. Like all of Pamela’s offerings, the mix uses only natural and non-GMO ingredients and is free of artificial additives and high fructose corn syrup.

The suggested retail price for the 24 ounce is $7.99 and the SRP for the four pound is $18.49.
