Working with our people from store level to corporate level. Employee ownership means we act like we own the place. Because we do.
What inspires your leadership approach?
My father always told me no one succeeds unless the people around them want them to. I champion people, try to give them what they need to succeed, and help walk them through any parts they are unsure of.
What do you cherish most about being a part of the grocery business?
The rapid pace that seems to only gain velocity, combined with the diversity of people who are more than the sum of their parts.
Favorite food: Anything involving gravy.
