I get to create a program from start to finish and watch it come to life in stores. It’s always changing, never dull or boring.
What inspires your leadership approach?
I have had the opportunity to learn from some great leaders I have worked with. I value teamwork, continued quality improvement and, most important, treating others the way I want to be treated.
What do you cherish most about being a part of the grocery business?
I work for a company that allows me to create anything I can imagine. Food is my passion and the grocery store is my palette.
