Testing new products with a group of experienced partners and excited trailblazers.

What inspires your leadership approach?

I have described my leadership role as building the road ahead while adding some guardrails, providing a path for followers to succeed primarily on their own ideas and efforts.

What do you cherish most about being a part of the grocery business?

The grocery business is forever humbling; it’s still up to one consumer buying one package, walking up to your product and deciding to purchase it or walking by without it.

Favorite food: New England clam chowder.
