What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?
I love showing up to work every day knowing that the food we make brings life to our communities and opportunities for our employees to rise up and fulfill their dreams. I find great joy in helping underdogs overcome their challenges to find success.
What inspires your leadership approach?
Titles and status are not important in our company, so I choose to lead by example. My team and I are “roll models” for each other because no matter your position, you can set an example for those around you. Fostering this environment of open communication and leadership allows us all to thrive and grow together.
What do you value most about being a part of the grocery business?
Our mission is to feed our communities with love, making every bite the best one. Thanks to our partners and allies in the grocery industry, we are able to feed people all over with quality products and fulfill our mission.
Favorite food?
Egg rolls, of course.
