What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Creativity and fun are authorized. Deli brings a unique opportunity to work across several mini categories to create solutions and new concepts for guests and team members.
What inspires your leadership approach?
I’ve had some exceptional mentors throughout my career. They continue to be the voice in my head pushing me forward. They taught me how important it is to work as a team, be supportive and help others succeed along the way too.
What do you value most about being a part of the grocery business?
Food brings people together and is at the center of any gathering, event and home. The industry is also always evolving, which keeps it interesting and fun.
Favorite food: Spring salad with fresh-cut veggies, berries and EXTRA goat cheese. Also, tacos!
