Kelsie is passionate about leadership and mentoring others in their professional lives. He has developed relationships throughout various functions of the business. Kelsie’s leadership extends far beyond his daily work at Sobeys. He volunteers his time in numerous organizations and committees to advance the cheese industry. He co-founded the Canadian Cheese Collective in January 2022, Canada’s only national organization for Canadians working in the cheese industry.
