QUINCY, Mass. — James K. Rojas, executive vice president, shared services for Ahold USA, has joined the board of Modiv Media, the new name of the company formed here by the merger of MobileLime and Cuesol earlier this year. Ahold USA’s Stop & Shop division here is a major customer of the Modiv Media; the chain has tested the Shopping Buddy cart screen device, based on software developed by Cuesol, at about 20 stores over the past year. MobileLime’s cell-phone-based loyalty program has been tested at several independent food retailers over the past few years. “We’re reaching consumers with self-service solutions and targeted information that impacts their buying decisions when they’re most receptive, and in turn, dramatically impacting share of wallet for our retail customers,” said Robert Wesley, president and chief executive officer, Modiv Media, in a statement.
