Five more banners of Kroger Co. here said last week they would offer the company’s $4 generic prescription drug program.

CINCINNATI — Five more banners of Kroger Co. here said last week they would offer the company’s $4 generic prescription drug program. The stores include Ralphs in Southern California; Fred Meyer and QFC in the Pacific Northwest; and City Market and King Soopers in Colorado. Over 300 generic medications are available in the $4 program, with family planning drugs priced higher. "It's important to provide good value for our customers," said Marla Frawner, director of pharmacy for City Market and King Soopers. "We have no plans to discontinue the offer."
