NEW YORK — Former U.S. Foodservice marketing executive Mark Kaiser is expected to plead guilty to charges of fraud in connection with Ahold's 2003 accounting scandal, according to a report in Bloomberg News.
Kaiser previously was sentenced to seven years in prison for his actions leading to overstated earnings at Ahold, the former owner of U.S. Foodservice, but an appeals court granted him a new trial a year ago.
