MINNEAPOLIS — Supervalu here has signed a short-term lease for 28,000 square feet of cold storage space in Hopkins, Minn., a spokeswoman for the company confirmed to SN last week. The space is inside the Hopkins Cold Storage Building, the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal reported.
