Winn-Dixie Names New Operations Executives

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Winn-Dixie Stores here on Tuesday announced two promotions and one new hire.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Winn-Dixie Stores here on Tuesday announced two promotions and one new hire: Cheryl Forehand was promoted to regional vice president; Shawn Sloan was promoted to vice president of operations; and Rich Cline has joined the company as vice president of operations support.

Forehand previously was vice president of operations. She will lead the day-to-day operations of Winn-Dixie’s Jacksonville division.

Sloan was promoted from director of maintenance and energy management, and will work to strengthen inventory management programs in his new role.

Cline most recently served as vice president, store operations, for Pamida, the Omaha, Neb.-based retailer. He previously worked in grocery retail for Jewel-Osco and Albertsons.
