Customers of Rouses Markets, Thibodaux, La., can’t get enough of the local meat offerings, which now include beef, pork, duck and the most recent additions, lamb and goat.
“And anytime we source anything for any of the departments that we have throughout the company, we always ask the first question, can we source it locally first? And that’s what makes us bring that product into the store,” said James Breuhl, meat and seafood director.
