SOMERVILLE, Mass. — The Whole Foods Market store here devotes sizeable areas to fresh departments despite its small footprint. The location is one of six Boston-area stores Whole Foods acquired from Johnnie’s Foodmaster in 2012. The stores average 31,000 square feet, with one measuring just 8,000 square feet. The Somerville location reopened in September 2013.
