LOS ANGELES — Urban Radish, an independent grocery dedicated to fresh ingredients, is the first supermarket in the Arts District of downtown Los Angeles. The neighborhood, known for its converted factory lofts, has quality restaurants, but is still lacking basic ammenities, according to founder Carolyn Paxton.
