From freshly prepared tacos and sandwiches to a grab-and-go wall and seasonal grill, prepared foods are a standout at Fresh by Brookshire’s.

“We maintain around 70 options in our chef case, with all recipes made from scratch. Our Grab and Go wall is full of ready-to-bake pizzas that we prep in our kitchen, as well as several varieties of Fresh built salads, meals for one, meals for two and casseroles,” said Kyle Glasscock, food service director.
