Bristol Farms’ newly remodeled Westwood Village store in Los Angeles is the second location to offer “The Cookie,” a specialty item created by director of bakery Christophe Moreau. It contains dark Belgium chocolate, unbleached wheat flour, toasted walnuts, unsalted butter, dark brown sugar, granulated sugar, cage free eggs, aluminum free baking powder, baking soda, kosher salt and a pinch of sea salt. The cookies are baked fresh in small batches and served warm all day.

Introduced at one location in Santa Monica, Calif., a few months ago, the company said it intends to add the baked-off cookies to additional stores, starting in San Francisco.
