Miller Family Wine Co.’s newest wine venture, Hand on Heart, is a collection of premium, nonalcohol wines developed in collaboration with Iron Chef Cat Cora. The lineup is made for wine lovers who are looking for an occasional change of pace but don't want to compromise on taste, said the company, which uses technology to gently remove the alcohol while preserving the delicate aromas, flavors and mouthfeel. Varieties include cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay and rose.
