34 Degrees Updates Packaging

34Degrees_NewShipper_072013On the side panel of the box, the recipe is deconstructed into a simple, visual shopping list of the ingredients needed to recreate the depicted recipe, making it easy for shoppers to pick up everything they need in one store visit. The intent is to inspire and empower consumers to feel proud of what they create for themselves and the people they love. “The photography is designed to inspire our customers to think of the endless possibilities that exist for pairing and sharing their favorite 34° Crisps with any number of fresh or storebought ingredients, including artisan cheeses, cured meats, savory spreads, seasonal vegetables, fruit and more,” says Craig Lieberman, president and founder of 34 Degrees. “Our all-natural crisps are the perfect platform for just about any topping you crave, and we are excited to help our loyal fans think ‘outside the box’ of crackers.” In addition to the new packaging, 34 Degrees has also developed new off-shelf deli department shipper displays that highlight the same colorful recipe photography featured on the new packaging. The displays encourages creative pairings and drive purchases of other deli items, such as cheeses, hummus and meats. The efficient footprint enables placement anywhere in the store to achieve incremental revenue with ease. The result is a win-win for 34 Degrees brand awareness and the deli category overall. The new packaging, deli displays and 34° Snack Packs, which were introduced at the Winter Fancy Food Show this January, will be on display at booth No. 480 throughout the Summer Fancy Food Show trade show taking place June 30 – July 2. The 34 Degrees team will also be on hand at the show to demonstrate summer picnic-inspired recipes that highlight the versatility of the crisps.
