MONTVALE, N.J. — A&P made its private label even more economical over the holidays by offering 30-cent coupons on select products.
Easy Solutions, a corporately published magazine, contained four 30-cent coupons for four holiday-friendly America's Choice products: sour cream, chilled dips, salsa and block cheese.
“America's Choice cheeses, sour cream, salsa and dips taste as good as the national brands, but they cost a lot less,” Easy Solutions copy read.
Easy Solutions also contained ads for several other America's Choice products, including sparkling water and latex cleaning gloves.
The naturally flavored sparkling water was discounted during the holidays at three 1-liter bottles for $2.
“A perfect beverage alternative to sugary drinks and soda,” according to Easy Solutions.
Touted as a “Monthly Guide to Family, Food & Home,” Easy Solutions also contains coupons for national-brand products. Content includes recipes, parenting tips and entertaining suggestions.
It is carried at several A&P banners, including Waldbaum's and Super Fresh.
