SPRINGFIELD, Mass.Big Y Foods has launched Baby Y — a loyalty program for parents.

The free club offers incentives such as earning a Big Y Express Savings Club gold coin with the purchase of $50 worth of specially marked baby products. Eligible items are identified with purple tags with the Baby Y logo. Gold coins can be redeemed for discounts in-store, savings on gas and offers in the community.

Big Y is also offering discounts on brands such as Seventh Generation, Huggies, Beechnut, Enfamil, Sprout, Procter and Gamble, Plum, Gerber and Burt’s Bee.

When customers sign up for Baby Y, they can also receive a free 30–day supply of select prescription generic prenatal vitamins at any Big Y Pharmacy and Wellness Center.

Big Y’s Living Well Eating Smart health and wellness initiative will provide health and nutrition tips for parents and infants on the Baby Y microsite which also features guest blogger posts, links, and coupons.
