DeMet's Candy Company Debuts Birthday Cake Flipz

DeMet’s Candy Company, maker of chocolate indulgences including TURTLES and FLIPZ, has introduced a new flavor to its chocolate-covered pretzel lineup. FLIPZ Birthday Cake will be available to consumers nationwide this fall. In addition to the new flavor, FLIPZ is launching new two-ounce bags of the milk chocolate and white fudge flavors to increase the ease of snack opportunities and provide ideal lunchbox solutions. FLIPZ are available nationwide at food, mass, drug, convenience, and retail chains including Target, Wal-Mart and Walgreens. The new products—FLIPZ Birthday Cake five-ounce standup pouch and FLIPZ two-ounce minis in milk chocolate or white fudge—will be available at pricing in line with existing items of the same size. FLIPZ pretzels are slow-baked in a traditional brick oven using a proprietary recipe, then instantly enrobed in the choicest chocolate to lock in their freshness. FLIPZ flavors include milk chocolate, white fudge, chocolate mint, dark chocolate and the new birthday cake.
