NEW YORK -- Chocolatier Fritz Knipschildt will appear at the Food Emporium BridgeMarket store here tomorrow to personalize Valentine‘s messages on chocolate hearts created exclusively for the retailer. The 12-inch, 1.8-pound milk, dark and white chocolate hearts are hand-molded and rolled, and come packaged in handmade paper boxes from India. They retail for $28. The store‘s “Out Going Chef” department will also feature a selection of Valentine‘s Day takeout meals tomorrow through Feb. 16. They‘ll include Brie en Croute with Caramel and Walnuts, Stuffed Jumbo Prawns, Pan Seared Scallops and Dipped Poached Pears.
