Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets has voluntarily recalled some Fresh & Easy Pumpkin Cheesecake Pies because they may contain undeclared pecans.

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets here has voluntarily recalled some Fresh & Easy Pumpkin Cheesecake Pies because they may contain undeclared pecans.

The affected pies received labels intended for pumpkin pies that do not declare the presence of pecans. The pumpkin cheesecake pies' crumb topping contains pecans.

The recalled product was sold in Fresh & Easy stores in California, Nevada and Arizona. All carry an enjoy by date of Nov. 21 and have been removed from stores.

Fresh & Easy will refund shoppers who present unused product, empty product containers or present a receipt as proof of purchase of the recalled product.
