The artisanal flavors in each sauce pair beautifully to add an extra touch of deliciousness and elevate the taste of any meal, company officials say.

“This is a milestone year for the Bertolli brand. We’re celebrating 150 years of delivering delicious, high quality Italian-style foods inspired by our authentic Tuscan heritage. And so, we’re thrilled to build on the Bertolli tradition and reputation for deliciousness by launching Bertolli Riserva nationally,” says Rebecca Smith, senior marketing manager, R&B Foods. "These super-premium sauces create a Tuscan-inspired experience without having to leave your own kitchen.”

Made from savory ingredients like imported Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, white truffle oil, aged balsamic vinegar and porcini mushrooms, the sauces add a flavorful twist to help anyone create deliciously Tuscan-inspired dishes, officials add. Bertolli Riserva officials describe the sauces, currently available in four indulgent varieties:

  • Balsamic Vinegar with Caramelized Onions: Aged balsamic vinegar and sweet caramelized onions create a delicious, tasty, tangy experience. The hearty sauce pairs nicely with fusilli pasta or chicken and is perfect for creating a warm and comforting entrée.

  • Asiago Cheese with Artichokes: Aged Asiago cheese and tender artichokes are paired for a delectable, savory taste experience reminiscent of centuries of Tuscan tradition; suggest serving with farfalle pasta or chicken.

  • Porcini Mushroom with White Truffle Oil: Shade-grown porcini mushrooms and decadent white truffle oil create an indulgently rich taste and aroma that spills out of your kitchen and beckons close friends and family to the table; serves beautifully with fettuccine pasta or chicken.

  • Marinara with Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese: Imported Parmigiano-Reggiano and extra- virgin olive oil marry with freshly crushed garlic and vine-ripened, freshly crushed tomatoes to create this sumptuous, classic sauce. Use it as you would your favorite homemade marinara.

Bertolli Riserva Balsamic, Asiago and Porcini are now available at grocers nationwide, Bertolli Riserva Marinara will hit shelves this fall. All of the super-premium Bertolli Riserva sauces have no artificial colors and are available at select grocery and mass retailers nationwide for a suggested retail price of $5.99.
