Harvest Hill Beverage Company is introducing Juicy Juice Teasers, a blend of fruit juice and decaffeinated and caffeine-free tea that is targeted to children.

Juicy Juice Teasers is available in Peach, Berry, Half & Half and Apple flavors and packaged in convenient 10-ounce single-serve six- packs and economical 64-ounce bottles. The suggested retail price ranges from $2.99 -$3.99. Like all Juicy Juice products, Juicy Juice Teasers contains no high fructose corn syrup, no cane sugar and no artificial sweeteners. The sweetness comes straight from the fruit and results in a refreshing beverage that contains 50 percent less sugar than the leading juice, say company officials.

Juicy Juice Teasers is initially being introduced in the Southeast at Publix, Food Lion and Kroger stores, as well as at select Walmart stores nationwide.

"The idea behind Juicy Juice Teasers is deliciously simple and at the same time break-through," says Ilene Bergenfeld, an official with Stamford, Conn.-based Harvest Hill Beverage Company. "By blending juice and tea, we've created a lower-sugar, refreshing beverage that tastes delicious. Our research found that older kids are looking for more beverage variety, but most options have sugar and/or caffeine. Juicy Juice Teasers is a beverage both moms and kids will reach for in the grocery store aisle and at home."

Juicy Juice Teasers follows last summer's successful introduction of Juicy Juice Splashers, a lower-sugar pouch product. Both are part of a larger brand reinvigoration by Harvest Hill Beverage Company. According to company officials, Harvest Hill is continuing to invest in Juicy Juice as the go-to better-for-you brand in the shelf-stable juice aisle, and will support the introduction of Juicy Juice Teasers with in-store communication, consumer sampling, TV, and digital advertising and promotions.
