In celebration of National Hot Cocoa Day on Dec. 13, Keurig Green Mountain and Swiss Miss are introducing two new varieties of Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa K-Cup pods to enjoy this season.

New limited edition Swiss Miss Peppermint Hot Cocoa mix K-Cup pods, deliver a blend of peppermint and creamy chocolate. For those interested in the same  taste of original Swiss Miss cocoa with less calories and sugar, try Swiss Miss Sensible Sweets Light Hot Cocoa mix K-Cup Pods. These new flavors join the classic Swiss Miss Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa mix K-Cup pods that work with the Keurig brewer.

First introduced in grocery stores in 1959, Swiss Miss has a rich history as the “original” hot cocoa, company officials say. Swiss Miss hot cocoa is made with care in a real dairy where fresh milk from local farms is delivered daily, dried, and blended with premium, imported cocoa.

Both Swiss Miss Peppermint Hot Cocoa and Swiss Miss Sensible Sweets Light Hot Cocoa 16-count K-Cup pods for the Keurig brewing system will be available in limited supply at select retail stores and online. A 16-count box of each variety will retail for SRP $11.99, online and in-store. Swiss Miss Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa is available in a 24-count box online and in select stores for SRP $14.99.
