BEND, Ore. — Newport Ave. Market, a one-unit IGA Plus retailer here, has been chosen "Best Grocery Store" for the 12th year in a row by The Source Weekly in its "The Best of Central Oregon" feature.

Competing with several big box grocery stores in Central Oregon, Newport Ave. Market was recognized for customer service, its reputation for keeping the shelves stocked with specialty food, a rare wine and beer selection, and a deli known for grab-and-go lunch items.

"We are thrilled to be recognized for this honorable award for the twelfth year in a row!" said Newport Ave. Market Owner Rudy Dory, in a statement.
