PLEASANTON, Calif. — Safeway here has revamped its private-label coffee line. There are now new flavors and packaging. The Safeway Select line includes house blend, Costa Rica, Sumatra and breakfast blend. A 10- to 12-ounce bag of ground or whole bean sells for $5.99; bulk, $6.99 a pound.
