Haggen Promotes Skaggs to VP, Strategy and Consumer Insights
Haggen Inc. has announced the promotion of Becky Skaggs to vice president of strategy and consumer insights.

BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Haggen Inc. has announced the promotion of Becky Skaggs to vice president of strategy and consumer insights. Skaggs, who started at Haggen in 1992, most recently was director of strategic planning and has served as a member of Haggen’s executive team. She is responsible for strategic projects, market and consumer research, consumer affairs and public relations. “Skaggs has played a crucial role in the growth of Haggen, successfully executing many strategic projects,” said Dale C. Henley, the company’s president and chief executive officer. Skaggs has been active at Portland State University’s Food Industry Leadership Center, earning its Food Industry Leadership Award in 2006 for her commitment and contributions to the center.
